The design of this property was entrusted to Atelier A+ architecture, whose architectural style accentuates the building’s volumes with precision.

THE FOUNDATION
A stone sentinel overlooking the banks of the Lez, this town weaves together medieval history and contemporary boldness under the unchanging light of the Mediterranean climate.

THE SCALE OF THE LANDSCAPE
At the heart of this exceptional neighbourhood where nature has retained its place, the vegetation creates a timeless tapestry.

The landscaped grounds, spanning over 800 m², form a vibrant tapestry of pine, oak and olive trees.

GEOMETRY OF VOLUMES
This 230 m² residence unfolds a composition of clean lines, where the verticality of the volumes and the horizontal lines dictate the rhythm of the façade.

From the threshold, the nearly 90 m² reception room rises in a silent ascent; the height opens up the view and invites one to take a deep breath. Bathed in a diffused light that floods the space, the materials seem to lose their weight, creating an airy rhythm where each wall recedes before the vastness of the space.
At the heart of this space, a masterful piece bearing the illustrious Focus signature suspends its steel form. This raw, matt sculpture appears to float weightlessly, anchoring the living area whilst freeing the floor from its grip.
Drawing inspiration from the codes of nature, the kitchen blends mineral and plant elements.

THE BARK OF DREAMS
On the ground floor, the private area, opening directly onto the landscaped grounds, comprises a master suite of over 40 m² featuring a bath and walk-in shower, as well as a fitted dressing room.
A polished concrete staircase leads to a suspended walkway above the living room.

Bathed in light, this gallery leads to two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, opening onto private terraces overlooking the garden, as well as a third suite.

THE ART OF HOSPITALITY
With no pre-determined purpose, a space offers complete freedom to create an office, a secondary lounge or a spare bedroom.

THE SPACE’S CHARACTER
The architectural design boldly plays with metal mesh cladding, composed of thousands of finely crafted panels, extending shadows and sculpting the light as the hours pass.
The exterior opens onto a carefully oriented terrace, offering several distinct atmospheres, from deep shade to full sunlight, depending on the time of day and how it is used.
The 13-metre-long Bali stone swimming pool is anchored at the heart of this structured garden layout.
